Parzival provides individuals the opportunity to live in settings integrated in the wider community, currently in the town of Phoenixville. Homes are often within walking distance of the town’s center.
Community homes consist of two to three people who are supported by staff who work in shifts throughout the week. The small size of these households, as well as their proximity to workplaces and community resources make this lifestyle an option that affords numerous opportunities for independence and community integration.
Individuals who live in homes in the community may apply their funding for residential services in these homes. All homes are licensed by the Office of Developmental Programs.

Riverworks is a new apartment complex located in Phoenixville, PA, within walking distance to the town center of Bridge Street, as well as to the Shuylkill River. One apartment is shared by two Parzival residents, with an extra room for support staff.
Riverworks features an expansive clubhouse with a resort-style pool, resident lounge and game room, fitness center and outdoor theater, with safe and accessible walking trails along the river and to downtown Phoenixville.
Camphill Soltane’s Glenmoore Estate
Camphill Soltane’s Glenmoore Estate comprises 52 acres of land in East Nantmeal Township in Chester County. The setting is open and park like, with grassy hills, fruit orchards, and paths connecting the numerous homes and buildings. Residents enjoy exercising in Soltane's large gym, swimming in the pool, and walking through the woodland trails and fields.
Many of Camphill Soltane Glenmoore’s residential homes are structured on an integrated living model, where people with intellectual disabilities and autism live together in homes supported by residential staff in an interdependent community environment. Housemates share practical household responsibilities and aspire to create an active social life.
Parzival supports usually up to five individuals to live in the homes in the Camphill Soltane estate in Glenmoore, employing staff and engaging volunteers and interns to meet the needs of those in the homes. Residential support staff usually live in or close by to the homes on the estate.
Individuals who find a home in Camphill Soltane Glenmoore fund their participation privately. Funds for adult services in the form of consolidated or P/FDS waivers may not be applied to residential or day services for individuals living in these homes. All homes are licensed by ODP.
