Parzival is looking to hire full time employees to fill the position of a Direct Support Professional supporting people with differing abilities.The main Direct Support Professional function is to support individuals in their home and community to live as independently as possible and to develop a relationship with activities that bring life-long joy, such as music, art, conversation, and relationships. This full time, hourly position is based on a block shift which includes overnights and may include weekend hours. Benefits include: PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance and other voluntary pay plans, 401K, job coaching sessions, voluntary short-term disability, and more. Many possibilities of working overtime hours if desired/needed, with a 1.5 pay rate for those hours. Starting pay: $18/hour + $500 hiring bonus.
